About our firm

Baker O’Brien Toll offer clients experience and expertise unmatched in our region. Led by partners David Baker, David O’Brien, Glen Toll and Chris Rowe, the firm offers prospective and current clients a combined experience of over 140 years in the legal profession.

Founding partners David Baker and David O’Brien began practising law in Bundaberg in 1975. They established the firm at 7 Maryborough Street, in what was the “Gordon Club”, where it operates to this day. Both David Baker and David O’Brien are well-known and highly-regarded members of the profession in Bundaberg, working in the areas of commercial and personal injury law.

In 1990 and 1992 respectively, the firm welcomed partners Glen Toll and Chris Rowe. Completing their educations at Bundaberg State High School and the University of Queensland, both Glen and Chris are committed to living and working in the Bundaberg region. Glen has become one of Bundaberg’s most experienced and sought after commercial lawyers while Chris was Bundaberg’s first ever Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

While much has changed since the establishment of the firm, one thing remains the same – Baker O’Brien Toll’s commitment to the social and legal fabric of our region through our professional services, knowledge and expertise.
